RakasaFit Warm Up & Cool Down
The RakasaFit warm-up for a 60 minute workout. This lasts the duration of the first two songs in the RakasaFit playlist -- Tea in Marrakech and Bedouin Beat. Once you get to Mazamir, the third song in the playlist, you should be heading into the workout with combinations. (Ya, I know, Mazamir is tagged as a Warm Up song too. But things have adjusted slightly since those tags were created).
The RakasaFit cool down stretch for a 60 minute workout. If you're doing a shorter version, there are sections you can eliminate. Look for that info in the written notes.
