Let's gather from across the globe for a 50-minute RakasaFit workout on Wednesdays at 12:00 Noon PST / 15:00 EST / 19:00 GMT/UTC / 21:00 CET. Each class includes a warm-up, belly dance workout combinations infused with strength-based cardio, and a deep cool-down stretch, with two views of the instructor!
Purchase $18 Drop-In or $58 for a package of 4 through the button below and email Suzanna for your Zoom invitation. You have 6 weeks to use the package of 4, so there is flexibility if you need to miss a class or two.
The Zoom room will be locked promptly at the start time in order to instruct the class, so please join 5-10 minutes early. Also, you're encouraged to enable your video for possible instructor tips and to contribute to the community experience.

RakasaFit can be offered as the intense and refreshing 60-minute workout described here, or adapted according to the particulars of your event and venue. Longer workshop sessions are also available for teacher training and certification testing. The 60-minute workout format can take place indoors or outdoors on any smooth surface. Aux or bluetooth amplification is all that’s needed for music and instructor’s mic.
