Belly dance and core fitness in one invigorating workout. Each class includes a warm-up, belly dance workout combinations infused with strength-based cardio, and a deep cool-down stretch. Regular attendance and practice is the key to results, yet the format is consistent so you may start classes at any time.

RakasaFit can be offered as the intense and refreshing 60-minute workout described here, or adapted according to the particulars of your event and venue. Longer workshop sessions are also available for teacher training and certification testing. The 60-minute workout format can take place indoors or outdoors on any smooth surface. Aux or bluetooth amplification is all that’s needed for music and instructor’s mic.
