This 15-minute demo is a sample of the full-length class -- a great short workout, and if you're an instructor, ready to use when invited to introduce or audition RakasaFit. The shorter, simpler versions of various components (warm-up, combos, etc) may also be useful for customizing your class.

NOTE: If you want to use this demo as is, you'll need to get music from Suzanna, as all four songs were edited to fit within the 15-minute maximum. (Without editing, it's only possible to come up with about 12-13 minutes or 16-17 minutes). If you're not dealing with a rigid time limit, you don't need to worry about this.
