Belly dance and core fitness in one invigorating workout. Each class includes a warm-up, belly dance workout combinations infused with strength-building cardio, and a deep cool-down stretch. Regular attendance and practice is key to outstanding results, yet the format is consistent, so you may start at any time. Classes are also available online 24/7 through subscription, with full workouts, belly dance move breakdown, written guides, and more.
