Belly dance and core fitness in one invigorating workout. Each class includes a warm-up, belly dance workout combinations infused with strength-based cardio, and a deep cool-down stretch. Regular attendance and practice is the key to results, yet the format is consistent so you may start classes at any time. You may also access online classes through membership, with full workout, belly dance move breakdown, written guides, and more, according to your schedule.
